SAEMS Response Guidelines & Treatment Flow

SAEMS follows a consistent, fair, and RP-friendly medical response system designed to support immersive gameplay while staying practical and enjoyable.

🚨 Scene Approach:

1. Confirm scene safety (wait for LEO if needed)
   
   

2. Request backup for mass casualty or violence
   
   

3. Begin patient evaluation (consciousness, pulse, bleeding)
   
   

4. Triage and prioritize life-threatening injuries
   
   

5. Provide appropriate treatment
   
   

6. Transport or release based on injury severity
   
   

🔧 On-Scene Capabilities:

• Tourniquets, bandages, splints
  
  

• Narcan (overdose)
  
  

• EpiPens (anaphylaxis)
  
  

• AED/CPR
  
  

• C-Spine & backboard
  
  

• IV/oxygen (Paramedic only)
  
  

🏥 Hospital Handoff:

• All patient handoffs must include vitals, injuries, and treatments
  
  

• Optional RP with hospital staff (if present)
  
  

• If no hospital RP is available, use standard /med, /do, and /me
